Lisa Ward has over 30 years of combined Government and Human Resources Experience. Prior to joining the Mercer team she served as the Director of Employee Development and Benefits for Jackson Electric Membership Corporation, the nation’s second largest EMC. In that role Lisa was responsible for employee benefits administration, recruiting and retention strategies, as well as employee performance management, training and development. Her previous employment was Human Resources Director for Athens-Clarke County, Georgia where she managed all aspects of the department which served over 1700 employees. She was responsible for self-funded insurance programs including, health, dental, short-term disability, general liability and worker’s compensation.
