Catherine is an Organizational and Talent Development Manager, Public Speaker, Executive Coach and Consultant with over twenty-five years of experience in Performance Improvement, specializing in Executive Leadership, and Management Training. She has expertise in the identification, training, and retention of “High-Potential” employees. Catherine is the co-inventor of GOV360, a multi-rater leadership assessment tool. She has eighteen years of expertise in the public sector with state and local governments, and publicly funded higher education. Catherine is an active member of ICMA and SHRM.
